Golden Gate Estates Fire Relief Fund

You can help support the relief efforts for the victims and families of the Golden Gate fires. Donate today to the Community Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund.

The Community Foundation of Collier County is taking donations to provide disaster relief to the victims and families of these fires which have destroyed almost 9,000 acres and left many families with only the clothes they were wearing while fleeing from the fires.

While we are all dealing with the effects of COVID-19, these families have also had their homes and belongings destroyed – many of whom have no homeowners insurance.

A $20,000 grant has been given to the Salvation Army of Naples to assist those individuals and families displaced or impacted by the Golden Gate Estates wildfires that ravaged about 9,000 acres and affected or destroyed almost 20 single-family and mobile homes. Just like us, 100% of funds donated to the Salvation Army are distributed without any administrative fees. Thanks to your donations, these families will receive basic needs assistance including housing, clothing, and food.

Together we can make a difference!
