Launched by the Community Foundation of Collier County's Women's Initiative in September of 2008, the Leadership Council on Aging (LCA) is the result of a community-wide collaboration.  The LCA meets regularly and pursues some key goals for our community:

• To initiate a community-wide resource assessment
• To develop and operate a senior resource center
• To create an online referral database
• To implement a local hotline for social service
• To form a network for service providers
