• Professional management of the fund's assets to earn competitive rates of return
• Preparation of quarterly fund statements on the fund's status, processing and recording grant payments
• Research to assure that all beneficiaries are qualified charities as recognized by the Internal Revenue Service
• Coordination of all acknowledgments for your fund and documentation of grants requested and made
• Your fund's activity is included in the Community Foundation's annual IRS Form 990 and annual external audit

Grant assistance and evaluation

• Our Donor Services Community Investment team provides you with information about nonprofit organizations and projects of interest to which money and/or time may be contributed. We would be pleased to accompany you to on a site visit to an organization or project in the community
• We provide information on community priorities and sponsor donor briefings on issues
• We can arrange opportunities for you to meet with other donors whose interests or projects are similar to yours
