What is Collier 211?

Collier 211 is an Information and Referral Service available to all residents and visitors in Collier County by dialing 211 from a cell phone or landline.

  • Collier 211 provides reliable, up-to-date information on service providers in Collier County to more than 300,000 citizens, and to numerous businesses and government entities;
  • Collier 211 helps to identify services where none exist;  
  • Collier 211 data creates “real-time” knowledge - essential information for donors and nonprofits;
  • Collier 211 knowledge gained will be published through a variety of media networks.
